Brookswood Shepherds is located on three acres in the Brookswood area of Langley, B.C. Canada, better known as the "Horse Capital of British Columbia".

I compete actively in conformation, obedience, agility, herding and tracking.  The dogs that I am actively working towards titles are Woodside's Kharmaliah,  HT, HS who is presently working in Boundary, the tending style of herding, conformation, as well as in training for the Dogwood Pacesetters K9 Drill Team.  Brookswood's Jetta v RiverRyan finished her Canadian Championship in grand style in October 2005 and will now go on to do some training in arena herding and getting ready for the trials next year.  I am also working my new border Collie "Twist" and hope to compete actively with her next year.

Brookswood Josie Whales is retired at the age of 12 years and completed her CD and Herding Started at the German Shepherd Canadian National held in Vancouver, B.C. in 2001, going High Combined German Shepherd in Trial and Reserve in one trial as well as Obedience High in Novice B for two trials.  She is now doing the farm chores at home and enjoying her life of luxury.

The rest of the Brookswood K9 crew are enjoying the lazy days of farm life.

Our kennels are all indoor/outdoor runs with large fenced areas to run in.  We have an area set aside for our agility course and a separate training area for herding sheep.

Our Mission Statement:
We strive to produce sound dogs, both mentally and physically, who will provide companionship and years of enjoyment for the average family.  We offer life-time support for all people who purchase our dogs.  All dogs come with a written guarantee, CKC papers, puppy package, four generation pedigree and pictures of both parents, together with a copy of their OFA certificate.
